Our service rates are the most competitive in the industry. We offer a 3 hour limit on billing time for diagnoses and repair on most job's which means you will NEVER be billed for more than 3 hours of labor per computer. (This only applies to personal computers not servers) The hourly charge is charged in 30 minute increments after the first hour so if the repair takes an hour and a half it will not be rounded up to 2 hours, you will only be billed for that hour and a half of service. Computers will be cleaned of viruses, spyware and tracking cookies at the customers request.

In addition to repairing your PC we will clean it at no additional charge {FREE] and perform a “tune up” which will significantly improve the performance of your system. We will also inspect your computer’s hardware, And software. If needed we will make recommendations for possible hardware and or software upgrades and changes that may be economical and effective. As an additional service to our customers we also provide data retrieval, (Special Pricing For Diagnoses and Repair Only) For $25.00 extra we can back up your files such as pictures, music, videos etc, The reason we charge an extra $25 for back-up while on a job/service is because back-ups sometimes take upwards of 2-7 hours most of the time, the only time we do not charge for that is when the service call is specifically for just that. Hardware replacement prices are also very competitive since we are not interested in making money off the parts. Our only concern is repairing your PC at a fair price. In every instance when a hard drive requires reinstallation or installation of operating system, the operating system and or all additional system drivers will be installed at no extra charge. We are only interested in making you, the customer happy, we want to give you a great value on our products and services so you will always come back to us in the future for all of your computer needs, And remember if you find a cheaper price on service up to 30 days later we will match it.
